Hello! I'm the current owner of the WinCache PECL extension.
The time has come to move WinCache from svn to git. If some kind soul could
perform this magic for me, I'd greatly appreciate it!
Since I'm already modifying WinCache for PHP7, if the person could just create
an empty wincache project, that would make it easier for me to push the version
I'm working on up.
