Xiangchen,
Just turn off all layers except connections (nets). You may want to keep the board outline displayed. Your broken nets will then show up on the plain background. You may want to play with the background colour to get the best visibility. The benefit of this method is that the break in a net is shown at the location where the separate sections of a net come closest together i.e. at the place where it may be easiest to join them ... on the other hand, the easiest place might be a long way away...
