Try searching the archives (or the web) for Bmp2Pcb.Zip. It's a utility to 
convert a bmp to a form you can put on a PCB, for exactly that purpose. I 
haven't personally used it, although I have a copy. If you don't find it, email 
me 
directly and I can send what I've got.
