Have you considered plastic mounting hardware? Such as nylon screws or standoffs. We use some snap-in standoffs by Richco. They have a threaded barrel (for screws) on one end, and a snap tab on the other end. The snap tab goes into the PCB mounting holes. This allows the boards a small degree of movement due to thermal expansion, enclosure deformation, etc.
