Tastingfan,
The message simply means that you must open your P99SE libraries in DXP
and then save them from DXP (in DXP's format) prior to compiling your
integrated libraries. You must remember that DXP has new features in the
library that are not supported in the P99SE format, thus they need to be saved
in DXP format prior to compiling the Integrated Library.
One tip that I can offer, you do not have to make integrated libraries.
If your libraries are like ours with some schematic symbols or PCB land
patterns that do not necessarily have a matching opponent (i.e. optional land
patterns), then you will not get everything in your integrated libraries. The
integrated library will not have symbols or land patterns that do not have a
match within the opposing SCH/PCB library.

Subject: [PEDA] Integrated Library in Protel2004
Hi,
I want to make an Integrated Library with an schlib and a pcblib file (both
created in Protel99SE) in Protel2004. Following the instructions in the
handbook, I create a libpkg file at first, but when I try to compile it with
Project->Compile Integrated Library *.libpkg, an error occurs:
All source schematic libraries must be saved as Version 5 or greater.
Although I can read these libraries separately if they are opened.
Best Regards
