The graphic has to be in the same folder that the DDB is AND the same default
folder for Protel. I had the same problem once and resolved it by creating a
`work folder' for ALL my Protel DDB files and have my logo in there. As long as
I always open Protel and my DDBs from there the graphic is always present. If I
move my DDB to another folder and open that then the logo disappears.

Best Regards

yes the template graphic logos come and go mysteriously
i don't think it is the jpg format though i am not sure

the solution to the disappering logos i have found is to sprinkle copies
about your hard drive so 99SE can find them

  \windows
  \local folder
  \99se folders(s)
  etc

they don't seem to do any good inside the DDB although they may seem to
  at first try

igor, send me your dwg file
i can look at it tonight, else it will be mid week next week

if a sch title block logo is what you are after it will have to wind up
as raster and not a vector file i think

on second thought that statement only applies to 'insert graphic'

i don't see why little bits and pcs of primitives would not work in a
template file (which is what a DXF IMPORT will do), actually as i write
this i think it may solve the issue of 99se hunting around to find the
external graphic file to link to
