The netlist has to be put into AD2004 format first - that can be done with
a word processor, or a product like RSI Omninet.
To import the netlist, follow the process described at:
http://www.altium.com/forms/kb/kb_item.asp?ID=3439
You can import directly schematics done in Orcad, or PCAD, and Specctra DSN
files. The netlists for these formats can be generated in AD2004 once the
schematic import is completed and cleaned up.
