Please elaborate on this supposed PADs "minimum amount of copper" DRC.
What is it's precise name? Where is it? Since I don't think that I have seen
this DRC rule I am wondering is it, in some advanced/special PADs module that
we don't have?

would this also apply to the situation of a rounded track end just
barely grazing the edge of a pad which passes protel continuity but
would probably fab as a break?
