My company is currently using Expedition, but we are considering to also use Protel, because Expediton license is too expensive and the annual maintainence fee is tying us down.
I have the following concerns: 1) Can Protel go down to micron units? 2) Does Protel have a multiflow function/command which Expediton has. Because it tedious to route 2000 traces, trace by trace. If anybody who have been using these 2 EDA software,please give me some advice on Protel and Expediton.
