Hello Kurtis, A quick way to do this is as follows;

I have imported the files into Protel99se and everything is fine except for the Net connections. After updating the PCB, all the traces and vias still show "No Net". However, all the device pins (ie: the source of the Nets) show the proper Net. I have been unable to get the traces and vias to accept any Nets. Does anyone know how to do this?
