Hi Paul,

How about....
1    Generate BOM output using csv or spreadsheet option/s for each PCB.
2    Export both output files (if u use .DDB container mode).
3    Import BOM's into EXCEL.
4 Use spreadsheet tools (macro record or VB scripted auto becomes option) to sort and concatenate BOM's with appropriate qty groupings etc - whatever you need to do.
