On the PEDA/Techserve forum page you have the option to subscribe to
both lists. Actually there is even a third developer forum as well.
So here is the link to the forum sign-up area:
http://www.techservinc.com/protelusers/forums.html
Look in the lower right for the "Join Forum" link and then you can join the
"Open Topic" forum.
