Because the programming team at Altium can't seem to do the job correctly. If they'd just produce a working product right up front, insdtead of producing product that is partially broken all the time, then there'd be no reason for the perrenial bitch sessions. It's really quite simple, unless, that is, you're directly profiting from Altium's sales...
