For production, Pick and Place is the only way. Protos, however, can be done with a magnifying glass, fine tip soldering iron and steady hands.
I always find that when soldering fine pitch components like these, one of those flux pens from Jaycar or Altronics works a treat! Just give the PCB footprint a liberal dose before soldering. Believe me, it REALLY helps! Any suggestions on putting the chip on the pcb ??!! I guess the only solution is a pick and place machine ?
