I'm not sure about that. If you upgraded at the best price each time, 
I think you'd have paid significantly less. Plus you'd have been 
using more advanced tools, in general all that time. If that's not 
worth something, well, wouldn't it be a disaster?

Good luck. In one way you may be better off. You won't have to learn 
and unleard the 99SE/DXP ways of doing things. But I still think that 
upgrading fairly early has been the best procedure, with Protel.
