If you reload the netlist, the ratsnest should be updated. Sometimes this is the only way I've found to do it. If there are still ratsnest lines going off to nowhere afterwards, then zoom in very closely on the endpoint of the ratsnest line and there should be a primitive there for it to attach to. It's possible under some circumstances to have a zero length trace etc. that isn't visible at any zoom; then you may have to select an area around it and cut that selection.
