Hi Linden, Why not make a library from the PCB (Design > Make Library)?

I'm checking a file sent to me by another designer working in China. A couple of the components on the PCB have their insertion points outside the work space. Is there a way to change the component's insertion point without access to the library it came from? Or should I simply delete the component from the PCB and re-make the component in my local library?
