According to this Github page <http://rodrigo.ebrmx.com/github_/Leandros/PackCC>, a certain Arvid Gerstmann seems to have been involved in the project too. He might be your lead to Mr Arihito Yoshida (I tried googling the latter japanese characters, but he seems to have a famous TV actor as a namesake...).
