setahu saya yg berlaku mulai thn 2013 adalah peralatan ECDIS, utk kpl baru.utk
kpl yg sdh eksis nanti mlai thn 2016. tapi utk peraturan kita hrs punya
sertifikat ecdis saya blm tahu, tlg diinformasikan peraturan imo no berapa yach
