PT. Aquaria Shipping terdapat vacancy untuk rekan-rekan yang ingin
berkarier di onshore di perusahaan kami, dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
*OPERATION/MARINE SUPPERINTENDENT*
*Job Summary :*
Maintain and recruit properly qualified and experienced vessel crews.
Ensure all vessel operations and procedures are appropriate and safe.
Enforce the crew to follow and report based on the company management
system. Support the DPA in his duties.
*Responsibilities :*
- Monitor and implement the vessels and branch office compliance to
ISM, HSE, ISPS code.
- Maintain and implement the company’s Quality and Safety Management
System.
- Investigate non-conformances, accidents, incidents and take
corrective actions to ensure the safe operation of vessels.
- Maintain a strong connection between Management and the crew at
sea.
- Carry out the selection and recruitment of qualified crews in
compliance with Standards Training Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW).
Oversee the crew scheduling to ensure safe manning at all times.
- Provide guidance to crews on company policies, procedures and
training.
- Conduct scheduled vessel visits for training, inspection and
audits.
- Develop vessel and office procedures and induction checklists.
*Requirements**:*
- Diploma in maritime / nautical or other related studies with 3 to
5 years work experience as a Marine Superintendent and/or equivalent
sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer with minimum Class 2 COC.
- Good knowledge of local and international maritime rules,
regulations, codes and guidelines.
- Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills and is
meticulous, organised and resourceful having a high degree of urgency.
- Team player / people manager with high principles and honesty
beyond question.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Self-confidentce, motivation and goal-oriented with a high degree
of urgency.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work
cross-functionally.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Indonesian citizenship.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
- There will sometimes be a requirement to travel to other work
locations in and outside Indonesia.
