Dear Bang Fathur Rahman,
Modul 1 & Modul 2 adalah persyaratan untuk bekerja di kapal bunker ( Singapore
Water ).
Intinya adalah, Modul 1 & Modul 2 belajar mengenai sistim perpelampungan di
singapore straits, tempat achorage, pelabuhan2 / teminal2 dan peraturan serta
sistim pelaporan kepada petugas tarnsportasi negara Singapore ( VTIS East, West
nad Central ).
Ambil kursusnya di STET - Politeknic of Singapore, biasanya dgn recommendation
kantor / perusaha Singapore yang menerima kerja, semoga bermanfaat.
Setelah itu masih ada lgi jenjang berikutnya, harus ambil PELV ( Pilot
Exemption Large Vessel ), yaitu surat ijin mengemudikan / membawa kapal di
seluruh perairan selat Singapore tanpa memakai jasa Pilot / Pandu.
Noted :
- Modul 1 ( unlimited ).
- Modul 2 ( validity 2 thn ), harus refresh.
- PELV ( validity 2 thn ), harus refresh.
