Research query: Ontario Unemployment benefit laws

Would anyone out there happen to know what the unemployment benefit laws are in
Ontario; i.e., 

        (i)  How is the weekly benefit amount calculated?
        (ii)  Is there a floor and ceiling on this amount, and is any ceiling
                        dependent on the average weekly wage, and/or the number of 
                        dependents;
        (iii)  if there is a dependents clause, what is the $CAN amount per 
                                dependent?
