There has now been a rather long thread
about this "noted economist" in the Library of
Congress magazine who dissed Marx. But I have yet
to see anyone actually identify him, aside from
speculations that it is (or should be) P. Samuelson
or Gil Skillman :-).
So, is there anybody out there who can identify
the actual one in the Library of Congress magazine?
