CREDIT: THE WORLD BANK'S SECULAR EMPIRE. (Westview Press, 1994)
They argue that the WB is a religious institution. As the
Roman Catholic Church was to feudalism, so the WB is to
global capitalism.  Right, Peter Burns? :-)
