I heard this morning on the radio that Clinton has authorized the release of some US strategic reserve oil, to combat the recent rise in gasoline prices, and ordered up a study on the price rise to see if any illegal collusion was involved. [Previous gov. studies have never found any _illegal_ collusion.] Is this related to the north slope? Lisa
