Question:

Has any research attempted to link the so-called "productivity
growth slowdown"in the US (or elsewhere) to demographic changes
in the labor force?

More narrowly, I'm interested in research that has rejected changes
in the gender/ethnic/racial/age make-up of the labor force as a cause of
slower rates of productivity growth in recent decades.

Thanks for any leads.
