If the term neo-liberal came via Latin America, that makes sense since the term, liberal, seems to have retained its classical meaning. Well then, the next riddle is, why is the expression, neo-conservative, so much like neo-liberal? I still have not heard any confirmation of my second quesiton about the world bank quote.
