I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of projections of
GDP (or GNP if anyone is sufficiently old-fashioned) for the year 2010.
The projections should contain most countries (not just OECD or other such
rich country subdivisions). I am seeking to casually show some correlation
with % of population 65+ and chronic conditions. (I can provide a
spreadsheet for rank ordering of the % of population 65+ in 2010 for anyone
that wants it.)

"To relieve the misfortunes of our fellow [poor] creatures is concurring
with the Deity; it is godlike; but, if we provide encouragements for
laziness, and supports for folly, may we not be fighting against God and
Nature, which perhaps has appointed want and misery as the proper
punishments for, and cautions against, as well as necessary consequences of
, idleness and extravagance?"
