Michael- The issue here of course is that neither of us is responding to the colonial
arguments, but what I took to be part of the argument of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
[EMAIL PROTECTED] seems to be making something of a similar argument, except that s/he
adds in a part about the impact on "working people."  I will await his/her response to 
my
claim that traditional systems are not less productive, that even if they were this 
would
not justify theft or denying reparations, and that s/he is falsely separating 
"indigenous
people" and "working people." -Mat
