Michael, In his book *The Rodrigo Chronicles*, Critical Race theorist Richard Delgado has a useful bit. The book is not about corporate crime, but he's got this lovely little appendix in which he looks at the costs of corporate crime vs. the costs of individual crimes (robberies and so on). He then looks at the sentencing disparities between the two. The book is a few years old, so the stats are out of date, butit's worth cheking out for the differences alone.
