It seems to me that the political strength of the insurance companies is such that achieving this aim would require a mass movement *at least* equivalent to the civil rights and anti-war movements of the '60s combined. Does anyone see this reform as possible through normal channels of politicking and lobbying? Does anyone see how the necessary mass mobilization could be achieved? I don't. Carrol
