Lou Thanks for posting this. If Lloyd is changing tack, then good for him. I remember him penning a long article for the FT backing Yeltsin's use of tanks against his own parliament. It's possible that such extraordinary frankness on the part of "expert" journalists may instead be premised on the idea that it's the poor management of the system, rather than the system itself, which is causing such hardship. Cue lots of crowing about "crony capitalism", etc. Michael
