Another query. Could you give us a brief rundown on the changes in electoral
laws in NZ and the impact this has had on the political scene? Some people
in Canada are pressing for some type of proportional representation to
replace the first-past-the-post system. I imagine this would help minor
parties but I am not sure that coutries using proportional systems are much
more progressive than those that do not. The accomodation to capital takes
place at a different stage.
