Of course he belongs in prison, but that is a moot point now that the
imperialists are in control. Filopovic (not Filopevic) wrote for the
British Independent, a newspaper published in a country that had
participated in war crimes against his own. If a British or American
journalist wrote for Mussolini's newspapers or radios during WWII, what do
you think would happen to them? Ezra Pound was charged with treason and
only escaped prison because he was defended by all of the literary big-wigs
in the west. The Independent is a filthy lying warmongering rag that, along
with the rest of the British press, serves the interests of imperialism. As
A.J. Liebling once said, freedom of the press belongs to those who can buy
one.
