Yes, but didn't the U.S Supreme rule that the Florida legislature has plenary power in 
this ?
So when the Florida legislature's electors get to Congress , they will be favored over 
any from Gore based on any change of final number resulting from today's ruling, and 
the Republican House will be backed up by the U.S. Supreme Court based on the Florida 
legislature having plenary power.

If so, winner Bush. Get ready to fight Bush.

to manually count disputed ballots.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- A sharply divided Florida Supreme Court ordered
manual recounts to begin in Florida's contested presidential election on
Friday, breathing new life into Al Gore's quest for the White House.

``Because time is of the essence, the recount will commence immediately,''
said the court's spokesman, Craig Waters.

On a ruling of 4-3, the court also added 383 votes to Gore's total. . .
