There is alot of useful raw data in the report from the PRC, as there was in
the more analytical/policy wonkish report from Amnesty Int'l. on Human

P.S. Review in The Nation of a new book by Jasper Becker on the PRC.
Not available online, ran in the Feb. 19th issue.
They ran a piece in the front by Edward Jay Epstein recently disputing the
authenticity of the Tienanmen Papers edied by Orville Schell et. al.
