I think that Lou underestimates the value of the Grundrisse.  

Agreed. I think he also underestimates the textual tensions in Capital. And he 
overestimates the threat posed to the holy corpus by Derrida. You can take or leave D 
and still be inspired by both the complexity and clarity of Capital. They aren't 
mutually exclusive.
