perhaps you could point out where I draw that conclusion.

If we argue against such practices then we defend colonialism.
Louis of course does not defend colonialism.
Therefore Louis  does not argue against such practices.
Therefore,
Louis is a strange progressive Marxist..

but that is hardly news...
