right. If anyone remembers Jack Kemp, he advocated supply-side economics as beneficial not only to the majority of Amurricans but also to minorities. He was quite the optimist in terms of his self-presentation, reminiscent of the old "New Deal" Keynesians & Democrats (before the latter fell in love with the balanced budget or budget surpluses).
