Friends, Why is it that we don't see any Hetero Depts at Ivy League universities? Forget about that. Why is it that Ellen Frank or Jim Devine or Eugene Coyle don't get jobs at, say, UC Berkeley, for example? Is it because they are dumber than some dumb but mathematically savvy people I know there?
