If you want Shaw's own words, why not try "The Intelligent Woman's Guide
to Socialism and Capitalism (1928)". (He used the term "Woman" of
course in a general sense to mean both women and men.
There is also a Fabian pamphlet "Socialism and Superior Brains" which
deals with this in passing, and also is an interesting anti-elitist
argument from a very elitist point of view.
