The International Labor Organization is looking for someone with strong data skills to take on a short term (approximately two week) assignment as soon as possible. The task involves improving an extrapolation exercise (187 countries x 20 variables) through the use of multivariate regression and neighbor averaging. This work is being undertaken as part of a large project on the economic costs and benefits of eliminating child labor. The work may be performed at any location; compensation will be based on the qualifications and experience of the consultant.
