Bush Says Worldwide Protests Won't Change Approach to Iraq By DAVID STOUT ASHINGTON, Feb. 18 — President Bush said today that he is still determined to use force, if he must, to disarm Saddam Hussein, and that a weekend of worldwide protests by millions of people did nothing to change his mind. "Democracy is a beautiful thing," Mr. Bush said.
