services.

Lockheed Martin Federal Systems Corp. of Manassas won a contract option
valued at up to $228 million from the Air Force for the purchase of
Defense Message System products and services.

SRA International Inc. of Fairfax won a contract valued at up to $115
million from the General Services Administration to provide information
technology services to the Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications
and Computers Directorate.

Veridian IT Services of Fairfax won a $55.79 million contract from the
Energy Department's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for information
resources and technology support services.

DDL OMNI Engineering LLC of McLean won a $37.6 million contract from the
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Bethesda, for submarine and surface ship
scientific engineering and technical support services in the area of ship
signatures and non-propulsion electronic systems.

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office of Patuxent River won a contract with an
estimated value of $35 million from the Naval Air Systems Command's
Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., for the purchase of support equipment
for organization and intermediate-level support of MV-22 and CV-22
aircraft.

Northrop Grumman's Information Technology Division of Reston won a $29
million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for Link
Interoperability Equipment and related engineering services for the
testing of message traffic.

Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. of Baltimore won a $26.25 million contract
from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for renovation of Michelson
Hall at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis.

S.I. International Inc. of Reston won a contract valued at $24 million
over eight years from the Defense Department to provide military
communications satellite engineering, analysis and database support.

Resource Consultants Inc. of Vienna won a five-year, $21.32 million
contract from the Army under the Enterprise Outsourcing program to provide
military personnel support services at Fort Knox, Ky.

Marine Hydraulic International Inc. of Norfolk won a $17.9 million
contract from the Navy for work associated with the USS Nassau (LHA-4).

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $16.03 million
contract modification from the Naval Air Systems Command to provide
engineering, technical and logistics services to support lifetime support
engineering and in-service engineering for radio communications
system/command, control, communications, computer and intelligence
systems.

Information Systems Support Inc., Bethesda, won a contract valued at up to
$15 million from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply
Service, Auburn, Wash., for management organizational and business
improvement services.

Radian Inc. of Alexandria won a $12.9 million contract modification from
the Air Force's Air Armament Center to provide for various hardware
components of the deployable power generator distribution system.

Lockheed Martin Federal Systems Corp. of Manassas won an $11.59 million
contract modification from the Naval Sea Systems Command for the
incorporation of engineering change proposals to upgrade the Virginia
class sonar-combat control-architecture subsystem.

Unidyne Corp. of Norfolk won an $11.56 million contract from the Naval Sea
Systems Command for engineering services for the module test and repair
program.

VSE Inc. of Alexandria won a $10.44 million contract from the Naval
Surface Warfare Center for technical services in the performance of
facility and equipment explosion decontamination and decontamination
certification worldwide. Contract options would raise the value of the
deal to $54.35 million.

SkyLink Air & Logistic Support (USA) Inc. of Washington won a $10.22
million contract from the Agency for International Development to operate
and manage Iraq airport services.

Northrop Grumman's Information Technology Division of Reston won a $9.37
million contract from the Naval Surface Warfare Center for the performance
of studies, analysis, tradeoffs, requirement analysis, design,
development, test, certification and documentation or enhancement of
existing combat system interface simulation, test and analysis systems.

Norfolk Shipbuilding & Drydock Corp. of Norfolk won an $8.42 million
contract from the Navy for work associated with the USS Barry.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean won a $7.93 million contract from the
U.S. Navy for professional services.

Harkins Builders Inc. of Marriottsville won a $7.75 million contract from
the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for the replacement of family
housing at Andrews Air Force Base.

Forrester Construction Co. of Rockville won a $7.07 million task order
from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command under a multiple award
construction contract. The work involves security improvements at Gates 2
and 3A and shoreline security fencing Piers 11, 12 and 14 at Naval Station
Norfolk.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. of Linthicum Heights won a $6.77 million
contract from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for ultra
wideband array antennas. The contract has two options valued at an
additional $17.77 million.

Digital System Resources Inc. of Fairfax won a $6.63 million contract from
the Naval Surface Warfare Center for a Small Business Innovation Research
Phase III Program enhancement to the display console of AN/SLQ-32A(V)1/2
MK 53 decoy launch processor configured systems.

QED Systems Inc. of Virginia Beach won a $6.53 million contract from the
Naval Supply Systems Command for ship engineering planning support
services.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. of Linthicum Heights won a $5.77 million
contract from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency for technology
for ultra wideband array antennas.

IBM Business Consulting Services of Fairfax won a $5.5 million contract
from the Navy's Fleet Industrial Supply Center for system maintenance and
development to an enterprise information system.

American Technology Services of Reston won a contract valued at up to $5
million from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service
in Auburn, Wash., for management organizational and business improvement
services.

Milestone Group LLC of Arlington won a contract valued at up to $5 million
from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service for
participation in the Logistics Worldwide program.

Raytheon Co. of Falls Church won a contract valued at up to $5 million
from the Naval Sea Systems Command for development and design of the Block
3 Global Hawk Maritime Demonstration data control processor, data link
controls and payload processing and preparation of an engineering plan to
integrate the tactical control system into existing ship intelligence
surveillance and reconnaissance systems. Raytheon also won a contract
worth up to $5 million from the U.S. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent
River, for unmanned aerial vehicle tactical control systems.

T3 Corp. of Manassas won a $5 million contract from NASA's Langley
Research Center for participation in the LARC Engineering Workstation
Procurement.

AT&T Government Solutions of Vienna won a $4.3 million contract from the
Army's Aviation & Missile Command for research and development associated
with the maintenance and repair procedures for the Army's CH-47 Chinook
and UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters.

Dataline Inc. of Norfolk won a $3.64 million contract from the Naval Air
Systems Command for telecommunication network support services for the
5ESS digital switching system.

Integrated Asset Management Inc. of Edgewater won a contract valued at up
to $3.15 million from the General Services Administration for
participation in Logistics Worldwide.

Norfolk Shipbuilding & Drydock Corp. of Norfolk won a $2.3 million
contract from the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command, Camp Pendleton,
for post-deployment upkeep on the USNS Spica (T-AFS-9).

Fedserv Industries Inc. of Waldorf won a three-year, $2.25 million
contract from the General Services Administration's Public Buildings
Service for operations and mechanical maintenance at the Robert A. Young
Federal Building in St. Louis.

Norshipco of Norfolk won a $2.14 million contract from the Navy's Military
Sealift Command for maintenance, repair and rebuilding of equipment.

FC Naval Solutions Ltd. of Norfolk won a $1.84 million contract from the
Naval Surface Warfare Center for floating pneumatic rubber fenders.

MTS Technologies Inc. of Arlington won a $1.81 million contract from the
Navy's Office of Naval Research for WARCON Phase IV participation.

Virginia Marine Structures Inc. of Virginia Beach won a $1.59 million
contract from the Federal Highway Administration for construction
associated with the Assateague Island National Seashore Project in
Assateague Island National Seashore, Accomack County.

Georgetown University of Washington won a $1.51 million contract from the
Overseas Private Investment Corp. for participation in the international
business management program.

Sage Solutions Inc., Fairfax, won a contract valued at up to $1.5 million
from the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Service, Auburn,
Wash., for management organizational and business improvement services.

Community Care Network of Virginia Inc., Richmond, won a $1.42 million
contract from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Medical Center,
Salem, for community based outpatient clinic services.

University of Virginia of Charlottesville won a $1.26 million contract
from the Department of Transportation for research and development on
