jim devine --- I think there is still a possibility that Russia will move in a South Korean chaebol-like direction. That seems to have been the original strategy adopted by the Kremlin back in 2000, to transform the oligarchic concerns into state-oriented ones. Events seem to have moved in a different direction since then, though.
