I have come to a different understanding of this: it is blood for blood, a sort
of war for the sake war and just in places where there is a lot of oil like the
near east so that you can keep the world on its toes all the time and then do
you what you do best -racketeering and living off the avails of glbal financial
prostitution. It is a sort of Mafia with nuclear bombs and rapid deployment
forces.
