funny, but I think it's a mistake to blame Dubya for the economy. If anything, his fiscal policy is expansionary, while it was the "liberal" Clinton administration which has a policy that directly encouraged recession. If you want to blame anyone specific, I'd choose Alan Greedspan. (It's possible Bush contributed, by pushing tax cuts that redistributed income to the speculating classes, but that's a small piece of the puzzle.)
