>From SLATE: >In an attempt to "re-brand" their party, GOP leaders came
out with a new slogan: "The Change You Deserve." ... [I]t's also the
slogan for an antidepressant... The [Washington POST]'s Dana Milbank
also has some fun with it and notes that the warning label for the
antidepressant "states that patients should be watched to see if they
are 'becoming agitated, irritable, hostile, aggressive, impulsive, or
restless.' "<

Rove's political genius bites back... at the GOP, which is fighting to
distance itself from Dubya. Of course, the Rove-Cheney-Dubya genius
has always been to garner benefits for themselves now while pushing
costs into the future and onto others. For the GOP, the future is now.
Dubya doesn't really suffer any costs, since he'll likely make $1
million for each half-hour of public speaking he does from now on. The
old coke-head has made it! and now he's no longer running for
political office (except, maybe ... secretary-general of the UN?), he
can snort and drink booze again and give up on all that stupid
brush-clearing and pointless exercise.
