If you rely upon Simon Romero for your information, you are certain to
lose. But, a query for a lawyer--- which of the 69 articles in the
proposed referendum got the 'no' vote? The reduction of the workday? The
extension of pensions to self-employed, informal sector, etc? Granted,
items that require a constitutional change shouldn't be introduced this
way. Identified any that have been? Haven't heard any one complaining
that the removal of term limits for a president has been introduced.
Because that question [which does require a constitutional referendum]
hasn't been introduced. Yet.
