Well! If you heard she said that, most likely she said it. Whether Paulson plan was in the works for 6 months true or false, I don't know. However, it sounds quite plausible to me. Here is my take: We are not the only "smart" guys who can "guess" what may happen in the near future and, more importantly, Paulson has direct access to information that we cannot access as easily as he can. So, probably he also guessed what may had been coming, although he would not had known every single detail of what was coming. Had any of us known the every single detail of what was coming? If we can guess it this good, why can he not? And if he could, and given where he is, why not a plan ahead of time?
